Many of the companies listed in The Grape Grower have changed hands, changed names of products, or have new, more effective products. The following list is an attempt to keep sources updated as much as possible, provide replacements for products not available, and list new things worth trying.

Trichoderma is an organism that suppresses or combats a wide range of diseases.  Discussed in the book, there were no readily available U.S. sources at the time it was written.  AmPac Biotech is an American company that solves that problem.  Well worth testing on a range of diseases.

FISH FERTILIZER Hydrolysate Company of America, Inc. 299 South Street, P.O. Box 271, Isola, MS 38754 http://www.multibloom.com         Processed from farmed, freshwater catfish, prepared at much lower temperatures than other fish fertilizers to keep more of the nutrients and amino acids intact. Has excellent results as a foliar feed, and can be used as a fertilizer on the soil as well.
